'tis the season...

Too much lamp oil :-) oh well, no one was harmed, and the coals were fine after a while as usual.

From May till August barbequing is very popular on mild, warm or even hot days. Mostly Danes prepare sausages, ribs and the occasional steak and chicken legs. Corn and bread is often done on the BBQ as well. On the side we serve mixed salad and or potato salad (cooked peeled potatoes in a creme fraiche dressing).
